Do guests need an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code and use their phone browser. No app and no account.
Is it private?
Nothing is public. Only people with your QR code or link can open the gallery, and you can add a password for an extra lock.
Does upgrading change my QR code?
No. Upgrading keeps the same QR code and the same gallery.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Paid plans have a 14-day refund.
How long can guests upload, and how long is the gallery kept?
Free: guests can upload for 7 days after the event and the gallery is viewable for 30 days. Essentials: uploads stay open for 6 months and the gallery is kept for 12 months. Signature: 12 months and 24 months.
What happens when the gallery ends?
On the Free plan the gallery is locked after 30 days and removed 30 days after that. Upgrade before then and everything stays, on the same QR code.
